Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 11, 2025
We take your privacy seriously, and we want to be upfront about exactly what we collect, why we collect it, and who else touches it. No surprises. This policy applies to willpowerproject.org ("the Site"), operated by willpower. ("we," "us," "our").
1. What We Collect
We collect two types of information: what you give us directly and what's gathered automatically when you visit the Site.
Information you submit through our forms:
| Data | Required? | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Email address | Yes | To send you updates about willpower. |
| Phone number | No | Text updates at launch (only if you provide it) |
| Blend selections | Yes | To know which products people want most |
| Use case tags | No | To understand how people would use the products |
| Free-text responses | No | Your words help us build better formulas |
| "Currently using" field | No | To understand the competitive landscape |
Information collected automatically:
- Pages visited, time on page, and interaction data (via cookies and tracking pixels)
- Browser type, device type, operating system
- IP address (anonymized by analytics providers)
- Referral source (how you found us)
- Form interaction timing (time on page, step completion times)
2. How We Use Your Data
We use the information we collect to:
- Build better products. Your blend picks and use case responses directly shape what we formulate. This is the whole point.
- Keep you in the loop. Email and text updates about formulation progress, launch dates, and decisions we're making.
- Understand our audience. Aggregated, anonymized data helps us know who's interested and what they care about.
- Improve the Site. Analytics help us understand what's working and what isn't on the page itself.
- Run targeted ads. Tracking pixels help us reach people similar to our existing audience on social platforms.
We will never sell your personal information. Full stop.

- Google: Google Analytics Opt-Out

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption, security headers, and input sanitization on our forms. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We can't guarantee absolute security, but we take it seriously.
8. Children's Privacy
The Site is not intended for anyone under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted information through the Site, please contact us immediately at demaioluke22@gmail.com and we will delete it.
9. Do Not Track
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. There's no industry standard for how to respond to these signals yet, so the Site does not currently respond to DNT signals. You can use the opt-out tools in Section 4 to manage tracking preferences.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our practices evolve or as regulations change. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know through the Site or via email if you're on our list.
